  • Multiple types of people can apply.

    1. Founding GPs of VC, growth, secondaries, and select hybrid/multistage funds who are raising and/or deploying Funds 1-3

    2. LPs that invest in and support these fund types (approval is at the discretion of the organizers)

    3. Established GPs with a track record of supporting emerging managers (although this is not the core of accepted attendees, a select few will be in attendance as we believe apprenticeship is an essential aspect of venture)

    4. Service providers - we aim to create a free (or in the future, very low-cost) event, and this is only possible with the support of our amazing partners and sponsors.   • EVERY MANAGER MUST SUBMIT AN APPLICATION THROUGH THE WEBSITE.

    We work with our LP steering committee to give attention to every application. This is the most challenging part of hosting this event, as we cannot accommodate everyone.

    Our goal is to create a diversified mix across strategies, stages, theses, geographies, and fund sizes, as well as fund numbers. As such, accepted candidates will be selected with diversification in mind to give attending LPs a strong variety of potential partners.

    For those who are placed on a waitlist, we will do our best to keep you updated on the status; however, we are unable to respond to every individual request.

    NOTE: In the future, we will prioritize including new attendees rather than just the same faces every year. If you are not accepted this year, we hope you'll apply again in the future.

  • Founding partners raising/deploying funds 1-3.

  • FOR GPs: We will accept applications through December 15th, 2025.

    FOR LPs: We will accept applications through January 15th, 2026.

  • We will notify GPs on a rolling basis starting in early November.

  • Accepted attendees will receive a full participant list (name, firm) prior to the event.

  • If you are accepted and can’t attend, please let us know immediately. If you do not let us know and just don’t show up, thereby taking someone else’s potential spot, you won’t be invited back.

  • Come as you feel most comfortable. You are here to build strong relationships, so whatever you think is the way to go for it, do that.
